Happy Holidays!

December 25, 2013 by Dividend Mantra Team 22 Comments

I’ve received the best Christmas gift of all: the gift of time with loved ones. I’m spending a very white Christmas in Michigan, surrounded by family.

I hope all of you readers are as lucky as I am, and get to see the people who mean the most to you this holiday season.

Thank you all as well for continuing to support Dividend Mantra. This blog, and all of the friendships it has sparked, is truly a gift that keeps on giving. Thank you all for giving me a reason to keep writing. Many of you comment that you stop by for inspiration, but you all inspire me!

I’ll be back to posting regularly very soon. I have a slate of posts lined up, including a review of 2013 and the goals I had for the year. I kicked some serious butt in that department! Looking forward, I’m super excited for what 2014 has in store. I’m more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward.

But for now it’s time off from the hard work that the journey to financial independence requires. As such, I hope you all have a very merry Christmas!!

Thanks for reading.

    Welorf,

    Thanks for stopping by!

So glad to hear you’re on your own journey to prosperity. My own path started out very similarly – a few shares here, a few shares there. It adds up, believe me.

I hope you stay in touch. Like I said in the post above, you guys inspire me just as much as I inspire you. And that’s what’s great about this community.

    Best of luck to you.

    Take care.

Merry Christmas DM! I sounds like you’re having a great time in Michigan. We’re having a very sunny Christmas here in LA, with the second highest temperatures on record for this time of the year. We made it a mission to go down to the beach today to take advantage of the weather.

I very much look forward to your post about your 2013 goals and accomplishments.

I must say that I also enjoy the time between christmas and the new year!
My parents were visiting us – and we have seen, they have appreciate it very much.

I spend a lot of time with my son – and that’s great!
I wish you could save those days and hours for ever.

    Best regards

    SWAN,

Unfortunately, I couldn’t spend the New Year holiday up in Michigan. I had to come back to Florida due to work obligations. Just one more reason I’m looking forward to financial independence.

I hope you had a wonderful holiday and I hope 2014 gets off to a great start for you.

    Best wishes.

    Chris,

Thanks! The holidays are a great time of year. There was no disappointment this time around, that’s for sure.

I hope we all have a great 2014. I’m hoping I can just come close to repeating the type of success I had this year. We shall see!

    Best regards.
